1.       What is the Daily Rate?

a. Daily Rate is $8.00 USD

2.       What is Extended Stay Parking?

a. Extended Stay Parking  is only available in prepaid 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120-day blocks, and must be purchased in advance.  No discount is available without purchasing a minimum of (1) one, 30 day blocks.  Parking can be reserved and paid for by clicking HERE or the link above.

3.       What is Zoom Lane™?

a. Zoom Lane pass is much like the NYS E-Z Pass system, an electronic pass that is mounted on the inside of your windshield. As you approach the ZOOM LANE entrance/ exit our antenna “reads” your electronic pass number and opens the gate.  You’ll receive a detailed statement which will allow you to track your parking costs exactly for expense purposes. 5.       How do I change my credit card number/expiration date stored on file
          with my Zoom Lane account?

a. Changing this information is simple. You can contact Rich Leess at (585) 292-4900, Ext 7019. Changes will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the new credit card information (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, EST).

6.       I have questions about the rewards card program. Who do I contact?

7.       Where can I park to receive reward points?

a. Customers may receive rewards points when they park in any of our OGS airport parking facilities using their Zoom Lane tag.
